Anne Hatton

Anne has over 16 years experience in executive search and recruitment, including 5 years as CEO of one of the sectors largest organisations, Hudson (formerly Morgan and Banks). Recognised as one of the leading experts in the Australian recruitment industry, Anne led Hudson through four successive years of record profit growth. She began her career in financial services working with a large domestic bank as well as a global investment banking group. Anne has significant experience working with Boards and CEO's across a broad range of organisations and industry sectors.

Jane Neale

Jane has 20 years experience in the advertising industry including three years as Managing Director of Australia’s largest advertising agency, George Patterson. In her years at George Patterson, Jane consulted on a vast range of blue chip multi-national and local clients. Jane led several restructuring and cultural change programs in her management roles and has significant team development and organisational change management experience.

Feargal Owens

Feargal joined Hattonneale from Korn Ferry in Hong Kong, bringing over a decade of Executive Search experience in the Asia Pacific markets. After studying a Bachelor of Business at Newcastle University, he joined an Australian search firm focusing on placements in the Equity & Debt Capital Markets. Prior to moving to Asia, Feargal was a Director with a boutique search & selection firm. Feargal is highly experienced in partnering with CEO’s and boards to identify, attract and retain 'best in class' talent.

Tim Haren

Tim brings to Hattonneale over a decade of experience in executive recruitment. Tim started at a global recruitment firm covering senior level finance and accounting roles. He then spent seven years in principal consultant roles with executive search practices, working on senior mandates in the telecommunications, financial and professional services and utilities industries, with a strong focus on sales and marketing, general management and executive roles.
