Anne Hatton

Anne Hatton, Joint Managing Director, HattonnealeAnne has over 15 years experience in recruitment and HR industry, including 5 years as CEO of one of the sectors largest organisations, Hudson (formerly Morgan and Banks). Anne’s experience in leading change processes resulted in 4 successive years of record profit growth at Hudson. Anne has significant client acquisition and development experience with national blue chip companies, government and small/medium growth organizations.

 

Jane Neale

Jane Neale, Joint Managing Director, HattonnealeJane has 20 years experience in the advertising industry including three years as Managing Director of Australia’s largest advertising agency, George Patterson. In her years at George Patterson, Jane consulted on a vast range of blue chip multi-national and local clients. Jane led several restructuring and cultural change programs in her management roles and has significant team development and organisational change management experience. Most recently Jane has been a Board and Advisory Board consultant.

 

Richard PepperRichard Pepper

Richard has over 20 years experience in senior finance roles including over 10 years in CFO/GM Finance positions. He has had exposure to a wide range of sectors including retail (M&S, Colorado Group), travel (Flight Centre) and executive recruitment (Hudson) and has worked in both large multinational and small start up environments. Richard has significant M&A and capital raising experience including playing a key part in the IPO of Colorado Group. More recently, Richard held interim CFO and Executive General Manager roles with General Pants Group.

 

Feargal Owens

Feargal OwensFeargal joined Hattonneale from Korn Ferry in Hong Kong, bringing over a decade of Executive Search experience in the Asia Pacific markets. After studying a Bachelor of Business at Newcastle University, he joined an Australian search firm focusing on placements in the Equity & Debt Capital Markets. Prior to moving to Asia, Feargal was a Director with a boutique search & selection firm. Feargal is highly experienced in partnering with CEO’s and boards to identify, attract and retain 'best in class' talent.

 

Joanna Wagstaff

Joanna WagstaffJoanna has over 15 years experience in Marketing & General Management having held a number of senior executive roles, including Executive General Manager of Marketing & Client Services for both Colonial First State and then the Challenger Financial Services Group. Having built and managed large teams and worked with a number of executive groups and boards, Joanna understands first hand, the importance of putting the right senior team together. Joanna has a working knowledge of the requirements of both marketing and senior executive teams and is able to leverage this knowledge for the benefit of the clients she works with.

 

Tim Haren Joanna Wagstaff

Tim joined Hattonneale after spending over a decade in executive recruitment bringing a wealth of knowledge and industry experience with him. In his first role Tim was promoted to the leadership team and worked on senior mandates in the telecommunications, retail financial services and utilities industries. More recently he was a principal consultant with Jon Michel and was responsible for developing a highly successful portfolio covering general management, senior marketing and product and strategy mandates within financial services.
