Sonja Price joined Hattonneale in 2022 and has extensive experience as Senior Human Resources Executive in the financial and professional services sectors. As a Member of the Executive Leadership Team with Rothschild and EY, Sonja led talent and succession planning, employee engagement and culture, executive remuneration and incentive plans, as well as several complex organisational change initiatives.
In 2010, Sonja established the Australian Institute of Company Directors Board diversity program, including the Chairs Mentoring Program and Board Diversity Scholarship programs.
Working closely with ASX 200 Chairs, Board Directors, and Government departments, Sonja was a strong advocate for greater diversity on Boards and improved Board selection processes.
Sonja has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and has completed the Company Director Course with Australian Institute of Company Directors.
