Sonja Price joined Hattonneale in 2022, bringing extensive senior human resources expertise from the financial and professional services sectors. As Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Rothschild and Ernst & Young (EY), Sonja led the HR strategies including talent acquisition and engagement, succession planning, leadership development, performance management and executive incentive plans. She also played a key role in managing several complex organisational change initiatives.
In 2010, Sonja established and led the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Board Diversity function, including the Chairs Mentoring Program and the Board Diversity Scholarship Program. She collaborated closely with ASX 200 Chairs and Board Directors, as well as key government departments, to drive significant improvements in gender diversity on ASX Boards.
Since joining Hattonneale, Sonja has worked boards across diverse range of sectors including TMT, Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Healthcare and Aged Care.
Sonja has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and has completed the Company Director Course with Australian Institute of Company Directors.
